Leading The Way is dedicated to empowering youth through leadership development, mentorship, education, and community engagement. Through the Young Upcoming Professionals and Philanthropists (YUPP) Club, we help young people build confidence, develop strong character, and discover their potential as future leaders.
Our vision is to establish a YUPP Club in every SOIA Resource Center, creating opportunities for youth to learn, grow, serve, and thrive. Through meaningful experiences and leadership training, we equip the next generation with the skills, values, and confidence needed to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
